These Terms are governed by the laws of Trinidad and Tobago, without regard to conflict of law provisions. If we don't enforce a right or provision of these Terms, that isn't a waiver of that right. If a court finds any provision unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. These Terms are the entire agreement between us regarding the Service and replace any prior agreements on the same subject.
